Everyone knows Steve Fossett faked his own death.  After achieving all that he has, what’s left?  He chose to end his career like this so he can live forever as a legend.  I would definitely fake my own death vs. having a real death any day.  No brainer.  He is sipping rum right now out of a coconut with 2Pac in some country near the equator that I can’t pronounce.
