Molly and I found a place to live this weekend in San Francisco! I won’t go into all of the gory details, but finding an apartment in this city with two Doberman Pinschers was not an easy task. Our new place is a historic 1880’s Victorian house located in the Lower Haight neighborhood. It’s a very large one bedroom apartment and even has a nice backyard for the dogs to play. It’s actually almost as much space inside and outside as we have in our current house in Bakersfield. We really lucked out! The Lower Haight neighborhood is a hip young place with lots of shops, bars, restaurants and art galleries. It borders Haight-Ashbury to the west and Alamo Square to the north (we only live around the block from this view). We also are only a few blocks from Bartlett. We move in on September 5th! It kind of reminds me of nearby 710 Ashbury.
